We offer primary health care in the following areas: GP Services, Dental, Mental Health, Child Family & Maternal, Diabetes, Ophthalmology, Optometry, Podiatry and Dietary.
Fees and Billing Arrangements
The doctors at this clinic bulk bill all patients. Please bring your Medicare card, Health Care Card & Pension card (if you have one). Please inform reception staff if you have changed your address and telephone number.
Telephone Access
Doctors in the practice may be contacted during normal clinic hours. If the doctor is with a patient, a message will be taken and you will be advised by the reception staff when it is likely that the doctor will return your call. Your call will always be put through to the doctor in an emergency. After hours messages will be taken and the Doctor will return your call at the earliest convenience.
After Hours Care Arrangements
This Practice provides after hours care for patients through Brisbane Locum Service. Please contact Family Care Medical Services on (07) 3831 9999 and your call will be answered.
Transport
Transport is available for certain patients who meet the current Transport Policy. Please ask Reception when making an appointment about eligibility for transport. Transport will be available to eligible patients who book 24 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment.
Reminder System (Preventive Care)
Our practice is committed to preventive care. We may send you a reminder notice from time to time offering you a preventive health service appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let us know at reception.
Management of your Personal Health Information
Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of this practice to maintain security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorized members of staff.
